Life has a way of bringing people together who share similar values and vision. Over the last year, Nick & Sandra Arnerich began working out with Ashley Clinton at her gym Fit Collective and participating in her weekly meal prep programs. Respect for one another evolved on both personal and professional levels.

Sandra and Nick were owners of three local restaurants/cafes and Ashley is an accomplished personal trainer and nutrition specialist and coach. The years of experience we collectively possess in high-level food preparation, nutrition and fitness sets us apart from many health-focused meal delivery services. We mutually believe that food can either be medicine or a slow form of toxin to the mind and body.

That core belief drives us to produce only the highest quality food for our clients. We utilize classic and innovative preparation techniques with the freshest ingredients and high flavor profiles in every meal we cook. Our mantra is "Eat Like you care about yourself. Ashley Clinton

Ashley has been a personal trainer for 18 years, the owner of a private personal training business for 14 years, the owner of a fitness and athletic training facility for 5 years, and has taught meal prep classes for 6 years. She is a certified Sports and Exercise Nutrition Coach and has worked with hundreds of clients on becoming more conscious and mindful with their nutrition.

With a society so willing to follow the latest and greatest fad diet and be pulled into the restrictive and all or nothing mindset when it comes to food, Ashley has made it her mission to bring about food literacy and educate her clients on the fact that they can eat the foods they enjoy while still reaching their health and fitness goals. No food is inherently "bad”, and nothing is off-limits when you learn how to thoughtfully prepare and portion your meals.

This makes eating for your health both enjoyable and sustainable. Food is meant to be enjoyed and savored, as well as used for fuel and nourishment... and you do not have to give up one to have the other. She is extremely excited to help make this nutritional lifestyle more convenient and accessible to a greater population by partnering with Nick and Sandra/Renata and creating Nourish.

Sandra Arnerich

Sandra is the Chef-owner of Renata Restaurant in Portland, Oregon. Cooking has been one of her lifelong passions. Sandra has spent over 20 years working in the restaurant industry and has dedicated most of her life to serving, feeding, and nurturing her guests, family, and friends.

Over the years, fitness, mindfulness, and health have become a major influence in her values and life. Connecting with Ashley has taught her about nutrition and balance, which in return has brought more structure and consistency to her weekly meals for herself and her family. Sandra is excited to be able to bring food made by a chef using all the fun tools and capabilities of her restaurant while ensuring a balanced, nutritious meal that nourishes your body and mind.

Nicholas Arnerich

Nick has been in the hospitality business for over 25 years. He has dedicated his life to taking care of his friends, family, and guests. No one is a stranger to Nick. He has worked all over the world and currently owns Renata Restaurant in Portland, Oregon with his wife and partner Sandra Arnerich.

In the last 2 years Nick had four major spine surgeries leaving him with a fused lower spine. Nick started his post rehab strength and mobility training with Ashley and over time realized that moving and showing up to the gym is just part of the equation. He learned that having a well balanced, nutritious, and really flavorful meal plan was the key to his health and wellness. In this moment of history and in the future Nick believes that hospitality, food, movement, mindfulness, and nutrition can be combined to help enrich and nourish everyone's lives.
